The Regional Training Center (RTC) is strategically located within the TESDA Regional Office compound in Carig Norte, Tuguegarao City, nestled between the National Food Authority (NFA) and the Department of Health (DOH) — just 8 kilometers from the city center.

Situated on a 2-hectare site, RTC offers a wide range of UTPRAS-registered qualifications designed to equip learners with in-demand technical skills for gainful employment.

RTC uses a competency-based training system and ensures real-world exposure through Supervised Industry Learning (SIL).
